Starting November 3, 2026
New CDC form for everyone flying to the United States
All passengers on international flights to the U.S., including U.S. citizens returning home, must sign a CDC attestation confirming they have not been in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) in the 21 days before their flight. Your airline will ask for it at check-in or boarding; passengers who don't complete it can be denied boarding. It applies to flights departing at or after 11:59 p.m. EST on November 3, 2026.
